Each year the Federal Highway Administration awards each state the Highway Quality Award under the National Quality Initiative. The Highway Quality Award honors the participants in a successful project that is at the forefront of engineering quality and reduced construction time. BRG is honored to be the recipient of the 2000 Highway Quality Award for the design of Missouri Avenue.
