Mr. Blackham has nearly 40 years of experience in design, construction and project management. His extensive experience includes roadway systems, intersection layout, storm sewer systems, land and site development, pumping stations, detention/retention basins, and hydrology & hydraulics. He has a prominent reputation in the area for being an outstanding design engineer. Some representative projects in which he has acted as Project Manager and/or Project Engineer include:

Mr. Greiner’s land surveying career began in August 1977 as a chainman for B&M Surveys in Las Cruces, NM. Mr. Greiner started Diamondback Land Surveying Company, Inc. in October, 1986 and began an association with BRG in April 2004. In 2005 he became a partner in BRG and BRG acquired the assets of Diamondback Land Surveying Company in 2006. Mr. Greiner’s land surveying specialties include GPS, right-of-way mapping, ALTA surveys, residential developments, route surveying, boundary surveying, and construction staking. His expertise and commitment to excellence has established him as one of the most revered surveyors in southern New Mexico. He has been involved with the professional organizations New Mexico Professional Surveyors and American Congress of Surveyors and Mappers. He served as the NMPS State Vice President in 1997, President-Elect in 1998, President in 1999 and Past President in 2000.

A native Las Crucen, Mr. Roman has provided the progressive leadership that has established BRG as a prominent firm and one of the best places to work. His enduring commitment to quality, customer service, and reliability were cornerstone in this endeavor. He has acted as Project Manager and Project Engineer on a variety of public and private sector projects including:
- City of Sunland Park Street Lighting Phase 2 - A $0.5 million NMDOT Local Lead Project.
- The Grove - A 168-unit luxury apartment complex
- Boldt Plaza – A 21-acre commercial development
Mr. Roman has served as the Assistant Project Manager on a multi-million dollar water resource project and has worked as Project Manager and/or Project Engineer on numerous land and site development projects that include master plans, grading, hydrology & hydraulics, intersection design, roadway design, traffic studies, traffic impact analysis, and water and sewer systems. His expertise includes traffic and transportation engineering, hydraulics & hydrology, land and site development, water resource management, water planning, groundwater and surface water modeling, water rights, project management, and GIS.
